Kathryn Porter began her real estate career in 1997 and specializes in helping her clients buy and sell homes in the Boise, Idaho and surrounding area. A licensed REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Boise, she holds the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designations.
A National member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since 1998, Kathryn has served on the local Capital City Chapter governing board as Secretary 2003, Treasurer 2004 and 2005, President-Elect in 2008 and President in 2009. She served on the state level as the Women’s Council Secretary in 2010 and received the Council’s “Member of the Year” award in 2005m “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2013 and State Member of the Year for 2014.
Kathryn received the TWIN (Tribute to Women in Industry award in 2011). Kathryn was a Director on the Ada County Association of REALTORS® board and has been involved in many community projects, including: Toys for Tots, Paint the Town, Habitat for Humanity, Rake-Up Boise, Keller Williams Realty RED day annual community give-back event and KW Cares.
Kathryn was born and raised in Boise and has extensive knowledge of the area and community. Kathryn has been married for 30+ years; have three grown children and nine grandchildren. Kathryn enjoys cycling, hiking, and also spending time with her family and friends at their mountain cabin.
